She was working for University of Chicago Hospitals as Vice President for Community and External Affairs (and not from her home)even throughout the 2008 primary campaign. Due to her husband's work as Senator taking him away from home, she was a defacto single parent with 2 young daughters during that time as well. She suspended her law license because she didn't need it, but could reinstate it anytime she wishes.Ann Rmoney had no experience that comes even close to that. Her kids were sufficiently (the youngest in his teens) grown by the time her husband became Massachusetts governor. Campaigning for him is the closest she ever came to work outside of the home, which was for the most part a home with housekeepers and nannies. |
