It was the rock with Jesus with the machine gun that I was referring to there. That's what I meant by "evening the score" as in a hail of bullets.And FWIW, the proselytizing by the born agains pisses me off immensely - Catholics are taught differently and generally don't do that. I dunno ... maybe you're reading too much into what he was after there, he explained it in his bit about how he raises his kids with both traditions and the Christian one just seems to be more "fun" ... Perhaps you're taking it too seriously. Stewart speaks ill of anything that'll get a chuckle. I'm sure somewhere south of Kentucky, there was a lot of butthurt over what he did to Jesus too. :) |
