"The Electric Cooperatives in North Dakota do just this: They do run a school to train linemen and the other workers that they need. You can see them out in the yard all year round, setting up poles, stringing wires and doing the work that will be required of them." An interesting example in light of the fact that many community colleges offer equivalent training as Associate's programs. This is a REFRESHING post, Lion. |
