If I don't live up to what I am paid by my employer, I will be fired, as he will find someone else to fill my position.But just think. If you and your co-workers all take a pay cut, your employers will be able to pass some of the savings to the customer who will get his product or service cheaper and will be just as happy as you are when you save a buck at the sandwich place. That person can then put that saved dollar into the wider economy and everybody will be happy. |
