I can sell you a book on how to do accounting for foodservice. It's not dependent on a single employee. The original article just said cost of doing business.

That's the record breaking taxes, and fees. Most of which you never hear about nor see in your check.

The taxes fees and wages of those who do the daily shipments of foods.
Fat food taxes.
Regulatory fees, it's expensive to file their taxes and sales taxes in some cities. I can cite you a department store that circled a city completely once and refused to open IN said city.
And so on.

Like how it takes, what was it 47 days or something just to open a lemonade stand in NYC.
Or how it takes millions of dollars just to file the paperwork for a keystone pipeline, but with no results. That factors into your gas prices btw. The people who did the keystone pipeline must've been what everyone calls speculators. They speculated they weren't going to be the first pipeline ever denied by politics.
