He may have initiated a struggle in which he was injured and Martin was killed, and still might be criminally liable. This is all about the media's handling of the case, and black America's embracing of Martin as an innocent victim of racial profiling well before any real evidence to support said conclusion was known. ABC should be fined by the FCC for their behavior here. |
