Its not a tax though. Its a mandate to purchase something. Noble as it may be they cant make the constitution say something they WANT it to say without the formal process to do so. Stretching its powers into areas it doesnt state is wrong and unconstitutional. I am not saying the idea is bad...only that it has to be done within the law and constitutionality of it unleas its legally changed. |
