My guess, totally unsupported by any evidence, is that Zimmerman grabbed Trayvon and said some extremely impolite things to him (most likely invovlving words beginning with f and n), and Trayvon then started hitting him.Under NY law, Zimmerman would have no defense against manslaughter under those circumstances. Under FL law, if that's what happened he'll get off. |
