The Martins have an attorney and she probably acted on his advice. I admire her presence of mind to do something like this to prevent hijacking the name by others.
Besides, it's not the first time someone has acted businesslike during a grieving period.
Lastly, if you have so much respect for "grieving" why are you villifying her?
