One advantage of the system is that allows them to spin up operations at a moment's notice by just waking up the employees and getting them to work within a short period of time.There are tons of advantages to screwing your workers; that's why businesses do it, when they can get away with it. One cannot defend a business practice for that reason alone. Your point in that it is as good or better than the alternatives is taken, though. |
