Back in 2009, it was reported that he had leukemic bone marrow disease and thus had only 12-16 months to live. As such, he was pretty much living on borrowed time for the past two years or so. I knew he was like a time bomb waiting to go off at any time, but I was still caught off guard when it did happen. |
