Once again:Southerners, mostly of Ulster Scot ancestry, are less outbred and have fewer genes for reciprocal altruism and more "kin-altruism" genes. They are less likely to tolerate other groups and quite likely always will. Maybe fighting the Civil War was a mistake... |
