The girls are still subject to being infected with diseases as the customers are not tested.

It's admittedly a risk, but it's something that the women who go into the industry understand as a risk. It's not much different than understanding that police officers are liable to being shot by criminals or fire fighters dying in a fire.

They are subject to being addicted to drugs in order to maintain them as prostitutes

And there are some people who resort to alcohol and drugs due to the stress from their jobs. Do we ban stressful jobs?

So let us drop the illusion that prostitution is victimless.

Again, that is still a victimless crime as they're not hurting anybody other than themselves. It may be a risky profession, but a woman who chooses to engage in this profession in a country where it is legal is not a victim.
