Prostitution is already illegal in the United States, and we're still stuck with the problem of the mafia and pimps running prostitution rings. Provide the legal frame work for prostitution to allow the service, while creating the regulations to keep out the criminals. Personally, I just don't see it as victimless. Criminalization creates the victims that you're fearing... |
