Take a look at your suggestion.You are implicitly arguing that Israelis have a right to be where they are. You want to pay them to give up that right. What does that say about the US? That the US will bribe people to give up their rights if it suits US self-interest. That money trumps rights. PS. What's in it for the UK that they would take a third of all Israelis? Or would the US have to pay the UK to take them? |
