As ususal, this is not the full story. The govt. has been in an ongoing dialog with the hotel industry for years on this. The actual rules going into effect next week were promulgated in 2010 after an extensive comment period. The ADA was in 1990, you just said there's an ongoing dialog. But it was a law signed 22 years ago. Will Obamacare get a 22 year dialogue? |
