You got me. To me, an actual "transexual" would have been able to convert the XY gene to XX, the hips would be reshaped to permit childbirth and ovaries plus uterus at least transplanted, as well as the inner vagina receiving Bartholin's glands plus a proper fibrous, muscular and mucous layer. |
