Sounds like the piece linked in the OP is out of date and probably written prior to Feb 21st.No, it was written later (presumably the week of February 27). The DoJ clarification says portable lifts are permissible where fixed lifts are infeasible, and that each pool must have a lift. The letter is asking the DoJ to permit portable lifts in all cases, and to allow the hotel to have one portable lift that a guest can "sign out" and carry around with them. |
