No. It was written March 7th. It's based on an updated interpretation, it's RIPTA"s link that is out of date.The lawyer's blog post was written March 7. The letter to the DoJ is undated, but it appears from another blog post that it was sent the week of February 27. My link is the only clarification letter from the DoJ, so no, it's not out of date. |
