No, it's BECAUSE they are already accomplished at home that they seek new accomplishments elsewhere.A guy ho feels accomplished in Jamaica hasn't done much in the big scheme of things. He will seek new challenges in the US, Europe, etc and the unique opportunities those places offer, just like his/her American counterpart from Tuscaloosa will seek new challenges in New York, Japan, China, Europe, etc. |
