Blacks have an anti-intellectual culture because like all low-IQ groups (which includes White southerners, southern Italians, Greeks, and others) they aren't typically good at intellectual stuff, and people tend to be indifferent to hostile to things they aren't good at.The biggest problem is that it's not an all-or-nothing thing. Some Blacks are intelligent, as evidenced by those that get into these schools. It's just that there are proportionally fewer of them than say among East Asians... |
