The GOP always has had the ultra-Orthodox and Hasidic factions of Jews in their grasp. Getting anyone more liberal than Conservadox would be near impossible to do.Besides, colleges always are a haven of dissent and those ads were paid from people with money. Unlike the US, most Canadians are ambivalent about Judaism. |
