A properly positioned pipeline is certainly a good thing for the US. Its absence is not raising the price of oil in any major way, though.Are you aware there already is a major pipeline from Calgary to Vancouver? There is nothing currently keeping the Canadians from selling their oil to the highest bidder. There are also plenty of existing pieplines from Canada to the US. |
