Of course a pipeline is more efficient but the point is that the oil can be and is being transported by rail and isn't stuck up in Canada.What's funny is that before cheap oil was the 2012 Republican platform, they were insisting on the pipeline because it would create jobs. Seems to me it would cost more jobs - American jobs, at least - than it would create. |
