You cannot choose an arbitrary timepoint to make your argument. Prices have been steadily climbing since about 2000, with one peak and one valley. The peak was Katrina...the valley was when the subprime crisis hit.As for the 39 percent---they may be people who don't believe that any opposition is any better qualified. |
