While I don't disagree about the Stars and Bars being a symbol of treason (like our flag is to England)it is not a symbol of hate in of itsself. Lately the whole P.C. crowd has been erroniously trying to pin the S & B as an exclusive symbol of the KKK and other hate groups when in reality it is a historical flag of the South in which many tolerant law-abiding people take pride in. Try to dress it up all you want, the reason why the G.L. was removed was because the powers that be didn't want to hear any backlash that it "offended" the Blacks. Period.One thing about me is I HATE Political Correctness and the whole "victim mentality" angle that comes along with it. Look at the BS "hate crimes". Last time I checked EVERY crime is a hate crime. Am I wrong? Oooohhh I'm offended!! This is the catch phrase for the 21st century. Everyone has to man up and grow a pair of balls and not let such BS trivial things bother them. Look at that whole ESPN chink in the armor fiasco. Who gives a fuck? Really? Boo hoo hoo I'm offended. Whaaaa!! Give me a break!! I know I'm ranting but our whole pussified P.C. society gets under my skin. |
