Should we do something about the bar exam? Should the exam be given twice a year, and if the percentage of blacks and latinos who pass is disproportionately low vs. their percentage of population, just throw out the bar exam results(like fire departments do) until blacks and latinos perform at a level acceptable to the courts? |
