Bridgeport is the largest city and the name of the Metropolitan area for statistical purposes: New York-Newark-Bridgeport. He did not mean Stamford.I always think of the Stamford-Norwalk Metropolitan Statistical Area as it's own because that's how Arbitron breaks it down. Stamford is well-known for it's affluence thanks to commuters and all the office buildings in the downtown. How is that "amazing?" It's amazing because I know people who make $200,000 who are working class. Yet so many US households are earning less. |
