And like "antisemite" here ... yep. The reason why I'm watching this one though is that I've often used "chinks in the armor" with respect to dinged metal in network firewalls and other potential security boners and never occurred to me that it could ever be taken to mean Asians. Since I've used that phrase often in my presentations, this has me curious as to what the ESPN folks were on about. Personally I find the "Lin-this" and "Lin-that" pretty annoying too. :) |
