That's locally set policies which the parents can change by running for school board and then changing the policy. It isn't difficult, and would set a good example for the kids about enacting change in a positive manner. Fact is, it doesn't mean enough to the parents to do it. It takes time and effort on their part, they'd rather just whine about it. |
