OK, I hadn't seen that before.Patently unconstitutional, but I guess it will have to go up to the Supreme Court to get resolved. Someone is going to have to refuse, be detained, ask if they are under arrest and if so what is the charge. If not told they are under arrest, they need to say well then I'd like to leave. If under arrest, then they need to dispute the charge. |
