No, it's the original, lower def, lower quality recording. CBS got hold of another one, and it, at the very least, casts doubt on what he was saying.CBS has no love for Santorum, and neither does Tommy Christopher. What they do have is credibility that needs defending, hence the new "spin". Claiming someone said something when they may not have is not good for your credibility. Hell, even I don't like Santorum. He's a too far to the right on too many social issues for my taste. If CBS did this to Ron Paul, I'd defend him equally, even though I hate his fucking guts. |
