As AEM explained, since the disparity between the races is caused primarily from genetic differences, policies like affirmative action and welfare are useful to Blacks. Republicans would give Blacks none of these things. How much better, for example, are cities like New Orleans or Baton Rouge (in a Red state) compared to Baltimore or Detroit (in Blue states)? |
