He's right because the people know each other? Ok.Do you think the NYCT Bus Operator shot at a Wyandanch party knew his shooter? Or the several drive-by shootings in Brentwood and Central Islip in the last month? All you have to do is look at someone the wrong way out there and you can get shot. Gang initiations have been part of the problem and they usually target random subjects who they don't know. |
