I have no idea who's setting the fires. Some mentally disturbed person I guess. We used to have a boy that lived here that was always setting stuff on fire. He burned the dumpsters several times and set stuff on fire in the street. He was only 11 or 12. My daughters said that he was really strange and would be aggressive with other kids. Not a good sign based on criminal profiling. Not good at all. |
