But my question remains - if anchovies are kosher, why do kosher pizzerias not offer them as a topping? Just because they aren't offered doesn't mean they aren't kosher, or that they couldn't. Um, I am pretty well versed in how kashrut is determined, thank you. I spent the better part of two decades in yeshiva. But then why did you put out the false claim that anchovies (apparently just like any fish of it's type) isn't kosher? There's nothing different about them from other "kosher" fish. |
