I was parking my car at work a couple of weeks ago and because of window glare almost pulled into a spot where a Muslim guy was praying in a parking space next to his car. Very few would be critical of him praying in public but white Christians are treated differently. I'm not sure that the racial component is guilt but is more that whites are comfortable criticizing other whites -especially western whites from wealthy countries - and are less comfortable criticizing other minorities. |
