In fact, the amendment actually PROTECTS the students and their religion. It's the COMPLETE opposite of what leftists profess. It's freedom to PRACTICE their religion.The left has attempted to misinterprit the Freedom OF RELIGION clause and anti establishment clause to mean no praying in public, and "separation of church and state", when in fact the stipulation is that people have EVERY RIGHT to practice their religion, and the government can NOT stop them. And the anti-establishment states that there can't be a national religion, like the Church of England. That is TOTALLY irrelevant to these kids, and the prayer is PROTECTED in the Constitution, not banned in the Constitution. Leftists never cease to amaze. |
