A landlord will be out at LEAST 6 months of rent, and that's if the tenant doesn't know how to play the process. To even try and hint that the process will take 6 weeks is absurd, and that's exactly what he tried to say.Again, someone puts out false skewed information, and someone has to try and say "what he really meant". JZ knows THAT we meant the eviction process from first filing to the landlord getting the apartment back, and that will be a minimum of 6 months without rent, and that's if the landlord is lucky. |
