What do you mean by an "uptick" -- from once last year to twice this year, or something more meaningful?Realistically, I'd think it would be a fairly easy road to home ownership for the displaced tenant -- it would be fairly easy to show damages in a civil suit against the landlord -- and a good way for a landlord to lose their asset. |
