Yes, Palin may be more on the low side of what I estimated.

The average college student is one standard deviation above the average of the population, or 115. That's about a C-B average student (at an average school). Perry's is probably accurate considering.

Obama, as you pointed out, succeeded greatly at super elite schools. You don't do that with a 120-something IQ. It's also possible to do worse than one's potential as one has to not only be smart, but motivated. Listening to Obama, even when he ad libs, one gets the mark of intelligence. I think his IQ estimate is accurate.
