The subtext is the hope that somehow this will bring down Fox News. Well, the left in this country should be careful what they wish for; if they begin looking for criminal sanctions against one news organization, it won't stop with Fox; or to put it more succinctly, with conservative media.And it won't stop with investigations into tapping citizen's cell phones; it will move right along to the juicier fields of using material criminally obtained by third parties, and using journalistic shield concepts to "innocently" publish it. |
