What part of "unconstitutional" do you not understand?

For the last time, Obama has no power to unilaterally ignore the debt ceiling unless the law that brought it into being is repealed or amended, by Congress.

As for the 14th amendment, liberal legal scholar Laurence Tribe has already laid out why this is impermissible:

Bruce Bartlett has pretty much made a career out of being the "go to guy" whenever the left wants to present someone with Republican credentials agreeing and supporting liberal Democratic narratives. The link I provided above lays out (in no uncertain terms) why Obama is bound by whatever number Congress sets the debt ceiling at.
