Crucifixes can be just as offensive to Jews as a Mosque would be to you. My OWN attitude is that religion is between the individual and their God, and those that flaunt their religion are hypocrites. So while I'm officially ambivalent myself, I can see others will be offended by it. I think that surviving staircase is more poignant than the cross, but I guess that's just me. |
