Ethiopians and others from the horn of africa have some "small" features, but I wouldn't say Caucasian. It's different. Less kinky hair, smaller lips, different eyes and larger foreheads. Once you know what they look like they are easy to pick from a crowd although most people are oblivious to this.

Northern and Southern Sudanese are completely different, but the northerners aren't that different from Ethiopians, just a little lighter. They often have kinky hair, but usually less kinky than most black Africans and African Americans. Like a curly/kinky. Something that you don't see much here even with mixed race kids as their hair tends to be either more straight or kinkier.
