Does that go for Westchester County, NY? I don't see any poor outcasts there....they must be invisable while walking the streets of Scarsdale, Pelham or Bronxville...right?

You forgot to go to the right parts of Mt. Vernon, Yonkers, New Rochelle, Port Chester, White Plains, Dobbs Ferry, or Peekskill.
