If someone is willing to pay for it, it's not gouging.Gouging is when you charge more on a necessity (like food) that is in a temporary shortage and the buyer has no choice. If somebody from Iowa wants to pay more for some crappy apartment than it's really worth just because it may be a new "hot spot", it's not gouging. |
