Many times people have been convicted of murder without physical evidence. There was ample circumstantial evidence here to convict had they wanted to do their jobs instead of wanting to go home. The defense attorney pretty much based his defense on this premise: there's no physical evidence, so it would be EASY to acquit....hint hint nudge nudge. |
