For the LAST time: Juries can do whatever they want. If they choose to convict someone without the proper evidenceAnd for the LAST time, they OPERATED CORRECTLY, as they DID NOT have the proper evidence. Why do you keep insisting that they can "choose" to do something they aren't supposed to do, and criticize them when they actually DID NOT do something they weren't supposed to do. There was compelling circumstantial evidence for conviction. But you can if that shadow of doubt is cast over it, they DID what they had to do. |
