That was noted in the source article of the image....I'm not using the PISA test as the definitive measure of national IQ in all the nations listed (though, indeed, it is about as good as an IQ test as is the WISC). Rather here I'm mostly interested in comparison of American whites with Europeans, whether it be due to education or IQ, American whites fare very well compared to their European counterparts, contrary to Scorpio's claims. |
